I really like this artist who is curently working for Blue Sky studios as a visual development/color key artist, he/she wroked on Ice Age& Robots ~ his/her graphic novel is cool too, Check it out^_^

Here is my first post that actually involves art, anyways I been trying to mimic this new style influanced by the book Lucha Libre, I find the style really appealing to me and the book it self looks pretty funny...even if I don't understand it, cuz is in french. -_-

Here was the first stab at it, can't say I have it down yet cuz it's actually a pretty challenging style I find it. But feel free to crit. (if anyone actually comes here) Why triads?....I just wanted to draw cool guys in suits like that one character in Lucha Libre.

This is a painting practice I did today in Boby's digipainting class,silly looking bird, Boby tought the class how to paint buy with out start with gray tone. I will address that in the friday meeting^^
